.mov file exported from iPad not recognised

Hello,

I have downloaded a batch of images and video files from my iPad into Photos on my Macbook.

I have then exported them to a folder on the Mac so I can use them in Adobe Premiere. All the files are fine apart from 1.

I can play it back in Preview and Quicktime with no problems, but Adobe Premiere will not import it - saying it has 'no video or audio streams'.

I've tried an Adobe fix (cleaning the cache) and I've tried exporting it from Photos again.

I don't think it's an Adobe problem because Mpeg Streamclip also won't open it - saying 'unrecognised file type'.

Unfortunately I don't have the iPad with me, so I can't try downloading it from there again...

Any suggestions gratefully received!
