Apple Music Problems

Hi

I have not been able to successfully resolve this query and will therefore try on here.

I have had multiple problems with AM which I will outline below and if anyone knows how to solve it, that would be appreciated.

1.  All deleted music on the cloud keeps appearing in my library/sometimes playlists.  This also means, when I search on my phone for an album/artist, it shows all their music I have ever bought rathert than those actually on my library.

2.  Songs I synce to my phone sometimes vanishes.  These songs are from CD's and not availbe on AM, but not sure why they dissapear.

3.  When I do synce, it multiplys on my PC library, some says removed, some gets gryed out and other things and it makes a complete mess of my library.

I know I can go to downloaded music only but that removes my AM playlist.  So I could go to my playlist but in my experience its all a mess and wondered if that is just me, or if there is a way to solve this.

(Also out of curisoity)  why does it say everywhwere AM gives you access to the entire itunes catalogue?  Unless this is every song from aroudn the world that Apple has added, no matter what country its from or librarys its in, then having access to the catalogue from a specific country is what I would expect as standard.

All a bit long but hope somebody knows how to solve this.

I don't think Apple makes that claim. All music, be it iTunes purchases or Apple Music streaming, is limited by licensing rights which vary by country. The Apple Music library is not the same as the iTunes Library.
