Infected? what does this screen means?

On my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), the following screen appeared in a tab in Firefox 55.0.3. It happended after trying to convert a Youtube file to MP3. Translated in English, it says my computer is infected and recommends downloading Mac Cleaner, but the button "Download" refers to lumdwn.pro/adlg/click.php?lp=1

I have a strong feeling that it is malware on itself. I believe the best thing to do is not to click Download. Can someone confirm me? What would be the best thing to do?

I strongly suggest you do not download any cleaning program onto your computer. They can do more harm than good. Try quitting Firefox and then reopen with the shift key held down.

Many thanks for your (quick!) answer. I did as you said and the message did not re-appeared.

However, should I take some other measures? Can it be that the site I visited was infected?

I opened the site https://www.youtube-mp3.org/fr . Looking at the browser history, I saw  that between this site and the site macossafe that contains the "warning" there was a redirect; does it mean that the site https://www.youtube-mp3.org/fr is a treath?
