iCloud Photos & Time Machine Help

I've recently added all of my photos to iCloud in the new Photos app. Before I delete the actual files off of my computer hard drive, I want to make sure they're backed up somewhere.

My question is if when I backup my computer with time machine on an external hard drive, will it also make a copy of all my photos stored in iCloud?
