Error message is displaying in windows 8.1 syst...

I am facing an issue on windows 8.1 system. Whenever i am trying to open iTunes windows displaying an error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b). Click OK to close the application". I have tried everything from my side after searching on internet like reinstalled, Run as administrator, copy .dll files into system 32 folder, Uninstalled antivirus and reinstall iTunes but it is still showing. I have tried this on some other windows 8.1 system which is also displaying same error. Please help i am not able to import songs into my iPhone.
