How to change family sharing credit card?

I have followed the instructions for changing my credit card on my iPhone by going into Setting > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID then updating payment but that does not update my payment method for Family Share through iCloud. In the iCloud setting I can't seem to change it there either. How can I update my payment method?

We decided to have my wife take over as the primary and then it wiped out my CC and put her's in its place. I guess that solved the problem but this is a bug.

It should all go to the same place. Have you tried logging in and out again?

Yup I have done all those things and my credit card is updated everywhere besides the iCloud FamilyShare.  I have logged out and have even changed to a new handset (twice).  This is really weird because the only place that shows this old CC number is in the FamilyShare in iCloud.  FamilyShare requires the CVV number of my old credit card to add new people and register new devices.  Since I destroyed that card when it got stolen, I don't have the CVV number so I can no longer make purchases or add people to my FamilyShare so now my wife and I had to separate our accounts.  It seems like a bug without a work around. I've been struggling with this for months now.

I had this same issue. Old credit card stuck in Family Sharing with no way to change it.

I logged into appleid.apple.com and updated my current credit card information by reentering the expiration date and credit card verification code. After saving, I checked on my iPhone, and the Family Sharing payment information also updated.

Must be a refresh issue with Family Sharing, but this seemed to solve it for me.

I found that the Organizer needs to stop the Family Sharing which in turn reset the credit card infomation.
