Siri on Mac sounds different from Siri on iOS

Does anyone realize the voice of Siri on Mac sounds robotic?

Yes, and it sounds different from when you use other voice commands in the OS or type the exact same phrase in terminal's SAY command

Yes, it is completely different on Mac and on iOS, for some unknown strange reason..... She can't even translate on Mac, and on iOS she can translate just fine to most of world's languages.

It's not really "some strange reason". Siri for macOS and iOS are different apps. Whether they will ever be the same is anyone's guess.
