My pictures and screen shots are not showing up...

what aren't my iPhone and Ipad syncing the photos and screen shots?

iCloud Photo Library and Upload to Photo Stream toggles must be on, on both of your devices.

It may take a bit of time to sync between the two, (depending on your internet speed), but it should work.

Both of your devices should be up to date with iOS. If not, that could possibly reason why photos aren’t syncing.
