Apple Pay badge icon

Just updated to iOS11. I am in Australia, I have 2 banks (2 different bank cards), none of them are supported by Apple Pay, which is ok, I don't need it that badly. However, why do I need to have a badge/notification to finish setting it up? Can you please fix that?
