I just updated iTunes on my desktop PC

Latest iTunes build updated today on Windows 10 desktop PC.  Now iTunes starts but a pop-up for my iTunes username and PW continuously blinks and flashes and I can't input any information into the window.  It is flashing so fast that you can only see the "password" field to be completed.  The rest of the box is white.  It loops like this continuously non-stop.  I can only get out by using Task Manager and ending the task.
