how to sync multiple libraries

Hi all

I have 3 different apple divises that can store itunes, A iMac, MBP and iPhone. while traveling i often get new music on the MBP. my phone is synced with the iMac though.

How can i SYNC the new songs and playlists I created on the MBP with the iMac library and if possible also with the iPhone.

If i move and import just the music files all info and playlists are gone. (songs are not available on Istore)
