Apple Bluetooth Keyboard And Mouse issues with ...

Hi All,

I am having issues with my Apple Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse on Win10, using BootCamp 6.0. The devices work OK to start with but after a few minutes, both lose connection and I have to open the Bluetooth menu on Windows for them to be discovered again.

The devices work fine in Apple OS.

I have installed the drivers from the Bootcamp Assistant on MacOS, but the problem remains. I have seen on some other posts that in Device Manager, the Apple BroadCom Bluetooth device should be there, but I can only see the generic drivers, even after installing the drivers from BootCamp Assistant. When I click Update Driver in Device Manager, it states the best driver is already in use.

Has anybody got any suggestions?
