facetime doesnt make calls

I'm desperate! My iPad doesn't make or recive calls, also it don't send iMessages. First I thought it was a wifi thing but I can continue using Netflix while this problem appears. Also sometimes iMessage bibles turn green, other times it fails to send messages and has stopped synch with may iPhone messages :( sos
