Clicking the artist name does not take you to t...

Clicking the artist name in an album view does not take you to that artists collection anymore. In ios 10 it used to be that way. In ios. 11, the artist name still looks like it’s clickable and changes color when you touch it but does not do anything.

This is a regional bug and it is associated with the missing new "Follow Friends" feature. You do not have this friends feature, either, right?
