How to improve video stabilisation with ipad mini?

Hey community. I recently made a video shot completely with ipad mini. but the video is so shaky and unstable beyond belief.. here is a link Beyond My Beloved Horizon - The Movie - YouTube.

Can you please give suggestions as to how can i avoid this kind of shakiness if i continue to shoot with my ipad mini.
