4.0 music app is a down graded?

hello there iv just upgraded to 4.0 on apple watch 7000 and feel like it a down graded when it comes to music app.

As skipping songs on different albums THROUGH the watch when playing through iphone can no longer be done.

just the album your on.

i just want to know if this is right? thanks
