NFL gamepass

I have subscribed to NFL game pass in Europe.  It is only available in countries outside of US.  NFL.com says their is an app available but when I select the link, the app is not available.  I can see other users on the Internet who show pictures of how the app works and it looks great!!  I can see information on my Mac but I can't see on my iPad.  How do I get this app since flash is not an option for me. 

I can download other apps from ithe iTunes so downloading apps is not a problem.  It is just this specific one.  Please help!!!

What country are you in ? It is available here in the UK (nfl game pass) and I can see it both on my computer's iTunes and the App Store app on my iPad, but it may not be available in every country in Europe due to, for example, licensing

I have the same issue.  It is not an issue of location, because the game pass works normally on my computer.  I'm currently living in France.  It just doesn't seem to be available in the iTunes store.

Ok, maybe you have the same problem as me.  You need an international iTunes account to access the NFL game pass mobile app.  You have to go change your country location ib your iTunes account and maybe even possess that country's credit card to change your account.  Once I did that, the app became visible.  HOpe that helps.

I am in Hungary.  It works on my computer and is available.  Tmditch, how do you change the country information in iTunes?

It worked!!!  Changing account to Hungary with address and credit card info.  This is great.  One more issue though is there is no sound.  Any suggestions?

Sorry, haven't had the same problem with mine on that one.  In fact, the GP has really been acting up on me lately.  It's having a hard time loading on my ipad...

This needs to be sorted out, because I work outside the USA for an American company does not mean I am going to apply for a credit card in the country I work in.  I would just use my credit cards from the USA.

If it doesn't get sorted then I guess its no football and I will be asking for a full refund.

Just because someone works outside of the USA does not mean that they have given up there credit card they have built there credit history on.  Why would I get a credit card in a foreign country, just because I work there?

And these applications both worked on previous versions of apple equipment in the country I work in.  So what gives?

You should not have to have a foreign credit card to access or buy anything from Itunes outside the country.  If thats the case then I guess I will be switching to ther equipment. 

I would like to second mccoy1111 's statement because this issue is still not resolved. For those residing overseas for a short period of time (students,military,government) it is ridiculous that Apple would use a billing address as proof of residence when an ip can be used. All we want to do is watch NFL without pulling our money out of US banks and deposit in foreign banks, as one so called Apple genius informed me to do. If we were in the US we would have cable tv or the nfl rewind app. Please make the nfl gamepass available on the us iTunes Store because it would not even work if we were in the states so it shouldn't matter which store it is in.

The presence of an app in a particular country store is not Apple's decision, it is up to the app vendor/owner.  If you want to complain, complain to the NFL.

NFL FAQ indicated the issue should be brought up with iTunes.

No, it doesn't. The FAQ refers you to Apple for technical issues with the app. Not anything to do with the business decision concerning where it is offered.

Anyone else still having issues with this app on tvOS? I'm in Australia and I'm getting a message that it's not available in my territory. I've tried changing regions and reverting back. The app works fine on my iPhone and iPad.
