I already have OS Sierra,

Why is it keynote and pages keep updating and already did them. why is it El Capitan installation still want to be installed. it ask me I already have Mac OS Sierra and ask me if I want to install El Capitan. I just click cancel.

It is unclear what version of OS X you are actually running, and on what Mac?
