messages from my iPhone to my iPad?

I am signed into my Apple ID on all devices but my messages and pictures don't seem to all be replicating on all of them. How do I enable this? Also is there a way to recover a deleted iMessage conversation?

You seem to have asked three very different questions.

1.  How do I see my messages on both my iPhone and iPad?  See "SMS and MMS" here:

Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support

2.  How do I see my photos on both my iPhone and iPad?  Well, that depends on where your photos are housed.  If they're in the iCloud Photo Library, use that on both devices.  Otherwise ... it completely depends ...

3.  Is there a way to recover a deleted iMessage conversation?  Yes, messages are stored in your latest iPhone backup to either iTunes or iCloud.  Restore that backup and your iPhone will return to the state it was in when the backup was created.

IF your iPad is wi-fi only, there are a few settings in its iOS to check.

And some in associated iPhone, too; that could make a difference.

While I know this could affect your iOS device's intercommunication

not sure what is was that I used to make mine work; but my wi-fi only

iPad Mini1.1 can take FaceTime calls, and shares Photo content with

the iPhone 5c in proximity; there is no Continuity setup between them.

{My iPhone runs iOS 10.3.3, while the iPad can't go beyond iOS 9.3.5.}

And one of my Macs with OS X 10.9.5 partially communicates with

both. However much better co-operation between Mac & iOS devices

happened to occur after the introduction of OS X 10.10.5 and Later...

I've made a suitable partition in my Late 2012 Mac mini for El Capitan,

on one of its two 1-TB internal stock hard disk drives.

So there are a few things that may or may not apply when you

have two iOS Devices w/ details undefined in their ecosystem.

Sorry to have no exact answer for your issue.

Good luck & happy trails!
