HDMI projector from ProPresenter

Our church is presently using a MAC mini with ProPresenter to project the output on a projector. The present set up uses a Thunderbolt converter to VGA, a LONG VGA cable to the projector. The projector has an HDMI input. I would prefer to use the HDMI output through the thunderbolt port to the projector's HDMI input.

I can see two choices, wireless HDMI or using cat6 cabling between the devices. I have information on the wireless devices, but nothing on how to do this correctly using hardwire.

What hardware would be required to go from the thunderbolt port on the MAC mini to the HDMI input on the projector with cat6 cable between? The total distance would be around 200 feet.
