Ok device is I phone 7 plus I want to remove my credit card information off my phone

Try selecting the "None" option as described here: Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support.

If you don't see that option, this is why: If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support.
