Issues with Apple Music ID

I signed up for the trial (3-mo) Apple Music with my student ID. I did this under Unique Apple ID 'x'. I canceled the trial and want to purchase the subscription under unique Apple ID 'y'. The system says my student ID is already associated with an account (UNiDAYS).

How can I resubscribe to Apple Music, using the student ID but paying for the subscription under unique Apple ID 'y'?
