How do I end a subscription on an app? It's called hooked. My son deleted from phone but keeps charging my cc monthly. Thanks guys

My daughter downloaded this and took the subscription without asking,

when I click on the Manage subscription' it says cannot connect to ITunes ?? How then do I cancel it ?
