How to cancel subscription on my iPhone

I want to cancel my subscription but the time I receive the verification code and the time to retrieve and enter it is not enough and one gets timed out!!

I need more time to enter the code so I may unsubscribe.

Is that what you are doing ? Have you tried using your computer's iTunes instead ? Or contacting iTunes Support and asking them if they can stop the subscription for you ?
