iTunes 12.7 hangs

I updated to iTunes 12.7 today, and now when I launch the app it hangs and is completely unresponsive. After poking around I found out it is downloading every episode of every podcast in my library. So far (since I restarted about 15 minutes ago) it has used 3.7gb of bandwidth and Music/iTunes Media/Downloads/Podcasts has 240 new tmp folders in it. It's adding new ones every few seconds. I am only subscribed to a single podcast in my library, it is downloading all the episodes of the ones I'm not subscribed to.

Hopefully it stops when it fills up the drive my Library is stored on
