Too many http redirects....how do I resolve?

i keep getting "too many http redirects" when browsing On an iPad Mini. It happens in Safari, Firefox and Opera.

i have cleaned and scrubbed caches and website data until I am blue in the face. NOTHING works!!

PLEASE! Give me the solution, Mr Apple.....or are you as bad as Microsoft when it comes to helping customers?
