iOS 11 Files App launching preview in wrong app...

After I downloaded iOS 11 i was playing in the new Files app and somehow did something that caused Files app to start launching the wrong application when tapping a document to preview it.  Specifically if i tap on a Microsoft Office document (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) it will try to preview the documents in iCab Mobile which is a browser i have installed on my iPad.

Specifically it launches iCab Mobile and displays a box that says "Do you want to the save the file "Orals_Agenda.docx" in the Downloads?".  If you continue it displays an error that says file:///private/var/mobile/Containers/Shared/AppGroup/457C2D8C-2D49-40AE-9A2E-48 4F21E6C0C6/Downloads/Orals_Agenda.docx.

(Orals_Agenda is the word doc im trying to preview).

If I delete iCab Mobile app from my iPad it will correctly preview the MS Office document but if i reinstall iCab Mobile it will revert back to previewing in the iCab Mobile app.

Yes I can delete iCab Mobile but i use the app.  Another key piece of information is that I have iCab Mobile installed on my iPhone as well and I am not having the issues on the iPhone also running iOS 11.   The issue seemed to start when i was playing around with sharing files between iCloud and the "on my ipad" folder for iCab Mobile.

It almost seems like i changed the file association for office docs to iCab Mobile?
