MOV files without noise cancelling filter

HI all.

We would like to share the actual noises that created. However, if we try iPhone movie function, noise cancelling filter has automatically affected and noises can't be caught clearly. PLEASE advise us how to overcome this situation with the default iPhone function or any additional app.
