cannot share ios notes to my google drive

I work for a school district with students using Google Drive accounts.  They would like to transfer their iOS notes from iPad AIR 2 into their Google Drives.  Some students have the option to share to Google Drive while others do not.  Some students can share some of their notes to Google Drive but not all of their notes give them the option.  I cannot find any help on this subject.  Trying to replicate it myself, my iPad AIR 2 does not even have the option to share with iCloud. 

I don't know about sharing it to Google Drive, but perhaps you can sync the Notes to your account if that's a possibility?
