3rd party Camera Adapter

   I have successfully been using MDCLAV (from Midi Designer) to control a Yamaha piano keyboard via a USB cable and 3rd party camera adapter. Even though iPad reports "unsupported device" or similar words every so often, the USB connection to the Yamaha continues to work. Now since the iOS s/w was updated to 10.3.3 the connection from iPad to Yamaha is dropped and cannot be restarted once the "unsupported" message appears! Why Is it dropped? Is there something in "Settings" that can prevent this happening, or needs changing?
