accidental purchase

I have tried to report a problem because my daughter accidentally bought an app.  I keep getting the message that "we could not process this request".  How do I get a refund for this purchase?  Thanks



Purchases are considered final, but as well as the 'report a problem' site (https://reportaproblem.apple.com) you could try contacting iTunes Support via https://support.apple.com/contact or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
