Cannot buy iTunes Giftcard . Error message “Your purchase could not be completed. Contact ITunes Store support to complete this transaction” meanwhile I tried purchase music, it works . So what’s wrong..?

Have you considered doing as it says to do and contacting iTunes support?

Already contacted Apple support, but haven’t got the answer yet. I was yesterday that I ask to them about the issue. Wondering if anyone here ever got same issue and solved, really appreciate if you would share the experience.

Why I cannot use iTunes Store to buy iTunes gift card, I have checked my credit card would not be the issue. Since I succed purchase something apps at iTunes Store use my credit card for payment method.
