App button on iTunes

I can't find how to access my apps on iTunes any more, the tab on the left menu has gone. How do I get onto the app page now?

You can get it back by ticking Apps on the General tab in Edit > Preferences
Arrrgh! This was so simple. All hail, King_Penguin!

After updating to iTunes 10.2.1, I was shocked to see all my apps are missing (books & iTunes U, too)! What's up with resetting my preferences for a sub-version update?
I don't know why it's happened - mine remained ok, though other people have had the same issue.

i did not see the app in the preferences, is there another way to get the apps again.

Not if you've updated to iTunes 12.7, apps are no longer managed by it - you will either have to downgrade your iTunes version, or do app management directly on each device
