How do I change phones paired to an I watch

We have an Apple Watch which is paired to a phone and now we'd like to pair it to another phone of another user. How do we do this please? Thanks

To erase it and prepare the Apple Watch for someone else to use with their own iPhone, be sure to unpair it via the Watch app on your iPhone (rather than directly from the watch) when the iPhone and Apple Watch are connected via Bluetooth and the iPhone has access to the Internet, as detailed here:

 

 

The will erase all content and settings from the Apple Watch and also to turn off Activation Lock.

 

The new user can then pair the Apple Watch to their iPhone by following the instructions here:
