iMac 27" Late 2013 double 4k display 3840x2160 ...

I have a iMac 27" Late 2013 and my goal is to connect two external displays at 4k resolution 3840x2160 with refresh rate of 60 Hz.

As far as today I still haven't bought the monitors because I am not sure it could work, so these are my questions.

I make reference to this document by apple, updated @august 2017 Uso di display 4K, display 5K e televisori Ultra HD con il Mac - Supporto Apple

1- The iMac 27" Late 2013 is said to support 4k display Single Stream Transport (SST) at 60Hz, but in forums I haven't found evidence of anyone capable of getting 60 Hz, only 30 Hz maximum, so could the apple document be wrong? I would connect it via thunderbolt port, which is Mini DP1.1

2- Even if I could get 4k@60 Hz, it is not stated if the machine can handle 2 displays 4k and at which refresh rate (30 or 60 Hz?)

In an old document is stated that iMac late 2013 can handle maximum resolution 2560 x 1440 (native) on external displays, which is in conflict with the more recent 4k support

3 - If I wanted to connect an UHD tv, via thunderbolt to HDMI2.0, could I get 4k@60 Hz or it would be linked to 30 Hz?

Thanks for the answer, any clue would be great, even your experience.
