Why cant I connect to the App store?

I have tried all things to solve this problem But none of them worked. Does someone know How I could get in the App store

What are "all things" that you have tried so far and didn't work for you?

I have set my date and time automatically. I have logged out on app store and Icloud. I have even changed some Dns of my wifi. And I have factory resetted the iphone

Can you successfully log into Manage your Apple ID with the same ID that you use with the App Store?

... and you can, or cannot, sign into the Settings > iTunes & App Store with that same Apple ID OR, you can sign in successfully, but just can't download any apps?
