Refund from app purchase I did not make?

I received from my credit card company a notice that An app was purchased for 76.99 on sat/sun. Can you please refund I did not purchase

Look in your purchase history and file a refund request if necessary at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. If you do not see the app in question, then the email may be a phishing scam and not actually from your credit card company.
