calendar invites to icloud

Hi

Has any of you seen this, and resolved it?

I have an iCloud account. Invites from others, sent to this account do not show up in my calendar inbox on my iPhone, they do not appear my calendar at all. I do see them as emails in my iCloud inbox, with a .ics item.

However, if I log on to iCloud on either my PC or my iMac, the iCloud invitation mail is empty. The only place I can see that .ics file is in the mail app on my phone. There is absolutely nothing in the iCloud calendar.

Invites to any of my other non-icloud accounts end up as unaccepted suggestions inside the iPhone calendar, but they do not show up in the inbox, and I get no notification that an invite has been sent to me.

Every accepted or denied invite ends up in the calendar inbox Replied section, but never the new ones...

What do I have to do to achieve the invites to my calendars show up as new invitations in my calendar inbox, instead of as new mails with .ics attachments?

I've scoured the internet for suggestions and tried every setting, but still nothing works. Is there anyone out there who can help me, or do I have to book a session at the Apples store?
