ITunes Apps MIA

So ITunes isn't showing my apps at all.  Not even a tab to switch from music to apps.  The store won't show any apps either.  Help!! 

Sounds like you've upgraded to iTunes 12.7, in which case they won't show, apps are not part of 12.7 - management of them (including buying and downloading) is now done directly on each iOS device
