installed ios11 to ipod 6th gen and now cant ac...

Recently updated my ipod 6th generation to ios 11, and I am now unable to access my internal storage on my computer to transfer photos to storage disk. I have tried restarting the location and privacy settings on ipod and tried reinstalling iTunes, but that hasn't worked.

And ideas on how to fix this issue.
