iPad mini change playlist orders randomly.

Hi,

I have a weird issue.

My wife has an iPad mini 4 128GB that she uses for Ballet classes music she teaches.

She set playlists on the iPad and had everything in order in itunes. We also set the playlist to "Manuel order".

Copied them over to the iPad, then after disconnecting it the first song when to be somewhere else, and another song or two just "jump" to another location.

I click on "edit playlist" on the iPad, and drag them again to the correct order, but as soon as I confirm, then jump back to the same position.

I tried to delete the playlist, create a new one, and copy the files over again in the correct order, and that seemed to work.

Until...

My wife tried to add another song to the playlist, then the same issue started again.

I could really use some help.

The itunes and iPad are update to the latest version.

She uses MacBook air with the latest Yosemite OS and updates.
