tune up my Mac

One of the MacBooks in our organisation has "tune up my Mac" software installed.

Iv spent a few days searching how to properly remove this rubbish but the only reports are many years old, most were just links to very ill informed posts in other forums.

Is there any up to date information on how to remove this from someone who has actually removed it themselves?
