Undo an iTunes backup

I plugged my iPhone 6s Plus into my PC for first time. I was asked if I wanted backup from Dad's iPhone, I said yes. Now my phone has changed completely to mirror my daughters phone. I lost all my contacts and replaced with hers, all my text messages are gone and replaced with her's. I try to make changes and I can't change from her apple id to mine. How do I get my phone back? Please help
