Emails missing after mbox import

Hi.

I have around 10.500 emails and 3000 sent messages in my Mac 10.7.5.

I tried to export and import the inbox and sent mbox into Mac Sierra, as Apple Mail and as Mbox.

After import, I still miss 4000 emails. It's like it will only import emails to 2013 and not earlier.

Any solutions?

Try rebuilding the mailbox.

If that doesn't work, try re-indexing the mailboxes. This can take awhile if you have a lot of mail.
