I have an apple iPad mini 3, model 1600, when i had been using the iPad with iOS 8.1 there was no problem, Facetime was working good. But after updating to iOS 10.3.3 I have lost Facetime from my iPad, How can I get it back?

Have you checked to see if it's hidden via Settings > General > Restrictions ? Or do you have a profile installed that might be hiding it ?
