what does no bag entry mean when resting a macbook

I was trying to rest my MacBook (I had just bought recently) in order to renter my information and start over. After resting it and clearing the drive I was prompted to reinstall OS Sierra. When trying to install it a notice saying"no bag entry" popped up and won't allow me to continue any further. How do I proceed from this screen to continue setting up my MacBook?
