Price of renting movies has gone up over 50%

Has the price of renting gone up? The price of SD is now the same as HD i.e. over 50% more than it was before in SD. Is this an error?

One example: (in local currency) the cost to rent "Alient: Covernant" is 22.90NIS in HD and also in SD. I previously rented this same movie at the regular price of 14.90NIS in SD. Most movies I checked are the same, which is an increase of more than 50% in price without any explanation.
