My Office squared not working and there is loss...

My office squared has not updated with my Ios 11. I am unable to retrieve the data and there is no backup. I tried downloading The Sharefile Quickedit for Good app which is I guess the same app with a different name but it is very complicated as it needs a Goods server proxy and console. I am in urgent need of the documents.Kindly just help me get the documents back.
