iTunes 12.7 does not show Apps

The Apps section of iTunes is missing from v12.7. How can I update my apps across my devices? I normally update them on my Win 10 desktop, then sync the updates to all our ipads/iphones. Do I really now need update each device spover wifi?? I've searched and can't find anything on this. Thanks.
