Win10 iCloud configuration

Hi all

I am facing an issue configuring iCloud on my Win10 desktop.

Streaming photo works fine between iPhone and iPad, but when it comes for the deskop, installing the software results in endless notification from ICloudServices in Win10 control center about "impossible to find Upload (& Downloads) folder". There's no way to restore/recreate these folders and I've got to uninstall completely unless I want to see my CPU burned down

How can I fix this?
